You know you have a bit of an obsession when your “gallery wall” Pinterest board has over 300 + photos pinned! I figured it was time to share some of the photos that are currently inspiring me. From simple gallery wall with only 3-5 photos/ artwork to massive gallery walls that literally take up the entire wall. I think honestly one day I will have one like this,

I am so excited to say that I added 4 new floral prints to the shop! When I first added fine art prints last year I was beyond excited to announce it because it had seriously been a dream of mine for so long. I had been dreaming of curating a collection of fine art prints with your home in mind because of some of the many requests I had been getting over the past few years.

Did you know that I started blogging way back in 2012, I was only a few years into marriage. We had moved to Montana and I was going to school to be an interior designer. So much is different now, but at the same time some thing are awfully the same… still living small, still plant obsessed, still creating, still typing out words

I shared these new paintings with my 4yr old niece. I asked her if she likes these “houses.” She immediately corrected me by saying “auntie, those aren’t houses, they’re Homes.”

I asked her what the difference was and she said “houses are empty & homes have people living in them.”

I am so excited to dive into this new year! To kick things off I’m hosting a 15 day free painting challenge.

Each day you will receive a painting prompt and guided instructions on what to paint and some of my little tips to help you with the process. The best part about this challenge is there is no previous painting experience needed, just an open mind and a desire to show up and try something new!

If you have been around this blog for any period of time than you know how much I love a good DIY and as much as I love DIY's I almost love spray paint even more. So when I got asked to participate in my first local downtown artwalk I was thrilled/nervous and completely unprepared to be honest. So I got back to my roots… spray paint that is. I’m pretty sure spray paint can solve 99% of life’s problems.

Last year on a whim I decided to add Hand Painted Ornaments to my list of holiday items. I spent many late nights experimenting and just having fun creating. Working on a new surface and deciding how to design each one left me so full of inspiration that when this year rolled around bringing back these ornaments were top of the list!
