payment plan options
I'm so happy to say that we now offer PAYMENT PLANS for Original Artwork!
How it works:
Once you have found a painting you love and would like to purchase, simply contact Kendra Castillo with the painting name that you are interested in purchasing.
You will receive an email response shortly after, which will go over a few different length payment plan options based on the paintings price
Let me know which plan works best for you (Most people select the 3-4 month payment plan option, however we will be happy to work with you if another plan works better)
I’ll send you a secure PayPal invoice for the first payment
Once the first payment is completed the painting will be marked as "SOLD" and removed from market.
After all of the payments have been completed, the painting will be carefully packaged and shipped off to you!

Who actually owns the painting?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (this is in addition to purchasing the original).
The Collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
If you wish to use an image of your space displaying my artwork I ask for full credit in any media it is being reproduced in (ie: magazine, social media etc…)
When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business, but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your painting. As an Original Art collector you may choose to purchase my right to reproduce, meaning you are ensured that your artwork will never become a print. I am totally happy to discuss that with you if you would like!

The utmost care goes into packaging this special piece just for you!
Your Paper Print will arrive securely rolled in a tube or flat mailer. Carefully lay them out on a clean dry surface for a couple of hours to flatten before framing.
Your Canvas Print will arrive in a shipping box, mounting hardware will come and simply needs to be attached to the back of the wooden stretcher bars on the back of your canvas.

Prints are available in multiple sizes, usually 8x10 - 24x36 inches.
However some prints have limited sizes due to the original paintings size and documentation process.

PAPER PRINTS
My prints are currently offered unframed on my website. But I highly recommend framing through Framebridge! They are my tried and true source I can trust. I also encourage you to seek out a local framer if one is available in your area.
More on Framebridge: Frames are custom cut and hand-made by , who ships them to you ready to hang. Framebridge's mouldings are made of solid wood with premium finishes, including acid-free materials and acrylic with UV protection. Each frame is inspected by their experts to ensure perfection before it is shipped out to you from their studios here in the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. — Shipping is free and the artwork arrives to you hooked, wired and ready to hang - nail included!
CANVAS PRINTS
Currently all canvas prints come set in a wooden floater frame that allows you to simply unbox and hang on your walls to enjoy a beautiful elevated print that looks just like an original

PAPER PRINTS: paper prints are more delicate and it's highly recommended that your print be framed behind glass. If you can splurge on a frame with UV glass or acrylic, it's even better.
It isn't recommended to have your print out in the open, as they will get dirty from dust and everyday particles which overtime will affect the colors of the prints. Not to mention they can easily get damaged, particularly the corners.
CANVAS PRINTS: if your prints becomes dusty or dirty, just use a damp cloth to wipe down or a soft dust brush.
If your canvas print starts to loose its tightness, simply get a cloth damp and wipe the backside of your canvas print, allow to dry, if it is still a little loose just repeat the steps above.

All shipping for original artwork is invoiced separate from painting costs. Shipping international can be very expensive, there are multiple ways to help reduce that cost if you are interested in purchasing an original painting, just email me at hello@kendracastillo.com for more details.

Prints — prints are made to order and require an additional 5-7 days) Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. If there is an unexpected delay, we will reach out via email.
