3. Do you offer Payment plans?

Yes! I love working with clients on all types of budgets. My motto is that everyone deserves to be surrounded by beautiful artwork. If you have you eye on an original painting but would like to set up a payment plan please email at hello@kendracastillo.com, subject line “payment plan inquiry” or learn more here.

4. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I can ship internationally. However shipping is very expensive, there are multiple ways to help reduce that cost if you are intersted in purchasing an original painting, just email me at hello@kendracastillo.com for more details. Print purchases are are great way to add some of my artwork into your homes for a reasonable cost! View Print Collection.

Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

5. CAN I CUSTOM ORDER A PRINT OR PAINTING SIZE?

I try and offer a wide range of print sizes, if there is a particular size you need feel free to email me and we can discuss options. If you are looking for a custom painting size please refer to my Commission Painting process/ inquiry form.

6. WHAT MEDIUM DO YOU USE?

It varies depending on the subject. I mostly work in acrylics, but use mixed media (graphite & pastels) and watercolor from time to time, too!

7. HOW CAN I PURCHASE A PAINTING OR PRINT?

All paintings and prints are for sale solely through my website. If a painting has sold, it will be marked on the top of each image. Once you click on the product you are interested in, you can add it to your cart and follow the prompts to the checkout. All available paintings are listed on my website. If there has been a painting seen via social media or another source that you don’t see on my website feel free to contact me via email (hello@kendracastillo.com).

8. HOW CAN I VIEW PAINTINGS THAT WILL BE FOR SALE PRIOR TO THEIR ONLINE RELEASE?

I do my very best so share all upcoming artwork on Instagram or Facebook. As always signing up for my newsletter list will insure you are the fist to know when new art releases.

9. CAN I VISIT YOUR STUDIO IN Bellingham?

I work from our small apartment, but if you would like to view artwork in person I would love to have you! Please email me at hello@kendracastillo.com to set up an appointment.

10. WHAT’S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
