How can I find out the pricing for commissions?
If you message me or fill out the the form above, I will send you the price chart. All pricing includes cost of materials, client reviews, consults, labor and includes shipping cost which are typically $200 - $600 depending on size and location.
How would I begin a commission order?
Choose the right size for your space and budget. You can give me color ideas by sending interior paint colors or photos. Look through the site and tell me the titles of the pieces you are attracted to but might not be the right size & I can help you with the rest. Your order officially begins when you have officially chosen a size and made your deposit.
What if I want changes once the piece is in progress?
As long as you like my current work and allow me my fair share of artistic control, I am happy to accommodate your opinions and a few edits. I will send in progress photos so you feel able to express your opinions before the piece is even considered "finished" and this makes it easier for me to get it just right.
How does payment work for commissions?
I require a 50% non refundable deposit to begin your custom painting. After that you can pay the remaining half when your painting is complete and you are 100% pleased with the finished piece or we can work out a payment plan for the final 50% that works best for you. I will keep the painting until full payment is made and then ship your new custom piece to you!
What if I am not 100% satisfied with the piece?
I work closely with customers while the piece is in progress to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the color, balance, mood, & direction of the piece. You are not obligated to purchase the painting, and if you were to decide that it is not for you or your space, you will be able to use your 50% deposit as store credit to apply to another painting. However, this has never happened before, so hopefully you would not be the first.
How long will it take to get my commission painting?
Generally 4-8 weeks, but I love a good deadline so if you have something specific coming up- an anniversary, party, etc. I will do my best to get it to you by then.
