DECORATING ON A BUDGET: USING JARS

I love jars, it's kinda an obsession and when it comes to decorating my home it's no exception. It's a simple way to add interest and create unique little spaces within your home. If you love scouring antique shops these are the perfect times to take a peek around and snatch up any cute jar or glass piece that you love. Honestly, some of my favorite pieces to use are good old fashion mason jars or up-cycling an old condiment jar.
I love to use jars to store my everyday items, like my make-up brushes and paint brushes. I also created THESE mini hanging planters.
You can fill up your favorite glass piece with wine corks (a fun thing to do is to write on each cork the date and who you shared the bottle with. Then you have all of these fun memories stored in a jar. A great conversational piece).
Spray painting mason jars are really, I mean really easy and by spray painting them you can create a unique look or add bits of color to a space depending on your color of choice.
And my all time favorite way to use jars. A simple vase, I love the look of flowers in a jar, the way the light reflects in the water just makes me all warm and fuzzy in side.

Have you found any unique ways to reuse jars in your own home?
