SPRING TIME SALAD
Its finally Spring here in Montana. Which means rain instead of snow,
Sunburns one day rain the next, birds chirping and delicious foods.
One of our recent favorites is a huge salad topped with grilled chicken or steak.
Some of our go-to veggies are: radishes, baby portobello mushrooms, cucumbers,
arugula, spinach, peppers, tomatoes and green onions.
Today I topped mine with some homemade ranch dressing.
Ranch Dressing Recipe:
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil mayo
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder (less if you're not that into garlic.. Im obsessed)
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 stalks chopped green onion
few dashes of pepper.
Whisk together and allow to sit for an hr or so to let the flavors develop.
note: thin down with milk if you want a slightly less dip like dressing :)
