a monday moment

Well Monday is here again and I find that the weekend passed way to quickly. My dear friend came for a visit this weekend, this was such a surprise and blessing. It is always a special time when you get to hang out with long time friends, people that you can be completely honest and vulnerable with no matter how much time has passed. I feel so blessed for these moments. I am reminded that God is in these funny and serious moments, he loves to see us laugh and cry together as we help each other grow and become the women that we were ment to be. 

Today this verse is so encouraging to me, it takes the stress of trying to "figure it all out" away and allows us to breathe, rely on the Lord and LIVE life knowing our father will correct and guide us.

Trust God from the bottom of your heart

don't try to figure out everything on your own. 

Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go

he's the one who will keep you on track. 

Don't assume that you know it all. 

Run to God,  Run from evil. 

Your body will glow with health, 

your very bones will vibrate with life? 

Honor God with everything you own

give him the first and the best. 

Your barns will burst, 

your wine vats will brim over. 

But don't dear friend resent God's discipline

dont sulk under his LOVING correction. 

It's the child he loves that God corrects

a father's delight is behind all this.
