GAME DAY MUNCHIES

I've always wanted to try to make Jalapeno Poppers 
I will need to make a disclaimer for all those who have eaten these tasty treats most of your life, but I tried one for the very first time last year when our car was broke down in the middle of Wyoming on Thanksgiving Day no less. So long story short... a jalapeno popper and Walmart saved my day (theres a whole lot more to this story but for another time)

So I made them... I love them... I will be making them again!
 Get small jalapenos, about 2-3". 1 = 2 poppers
Slice in half
(Side note: wear gloves if you are really sensitive to spicy things. )
Use a spoon and scrape out any of the seeds and white membrane (this is where all of the spiciness lies)
 Fill with Cream Cheese, doesn't have to look fancy
Cut bacon into 1/2 or 1/3 (whatever will wrap around your poppers)
Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 mins or until crispy
