ROASTED CHICKPEAS

 Lately with all my studying I've been needing some easy snacks to keep me company. A recipe that I stumbled upon were these tasty and super easy roasted chickpeas. Oh and since it's the season a side of pomegranate, because who can really say "no" to pomegranates... dont get me started. Anyways on to the super easy recipe.

Roasted Chickpeas:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Drain and rinse a can of Chickpeas aka Garbonzo beans
Place on a tray and bake for 30 mins

After 30 mins take out of the oven and gently toss with a little Olive Oil and seasoning.
I did a little Salt & Pepper, Chili Powder, and Paprika. You could play around with whatever you like. Then place back in the oven for 10 more mins or until golden and perfect. These ones got slightly overcooked but they were still delicious.
