cant you just SMELL the holidays coming in...

So I found this amazing site with great natural air freshener ideas.
Because I have little to no patience when it comes to projects I decided to look through my
kitchen to find items that I had to create a natural fall inspired air freshener.

I settled on Grapefruit, cinnamon, and clove as my sent
and as patience goes, I didn't stop to take any photos so I grabbed these from
The Yummy Life, this is also the site that inspired me to try this idea.
And might I add that is is fantastic!
So easy and fragrant, it makes you feel like such a homemaker
with nearly no work at all... which is the real secret to homemaking right???
or is it just me with this idea.
Anyways, I went with the stovetop method and it worked great,
something that I didn't really think about, but also seems like a "duh" moment
was the moisture that it would add to the air.
For me this isn't a complaint because right now in Montana it can be a little dry and ill
take anything to help with that.

Needless to say, find some things in you kitchen and experiment to find the perfect sent. Its a great way to bring the smells of Fall or really anything that you like into your home.
