FAJITAS SEASONING RECIPE

I've grown to love cooking, this hasn't always been the case because I really hate to follow directions and it always seemed like all the fun was taken out of the process when I had to follow exactly what it said.

So many years later I am seeing cooking as a process, yes I need to follow a recipe sometimes and in other moments full creative process is allowed. This seasoning is a marriage of both. I love this recipe because it is super easy and if you want to also use it as your taco seasoning have at it! You can whip this up in just a few minutes and it doesn't have all that nasty stuff that store bought seasoning packets have in them so I am all for taking that 3 extra minutes to make myself some great flavor packed seasoning. 

FAJITA SEASONING RECIPE

1 Tbs chili powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp garlic powder 

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

DIRECTIONS: 

Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into an air tight container to store or use immediately to make some awesome fajitas!
